Blackberry torch email setup att

Sat, Jan 10, PM. The phone does not lock up or anything, it just does not move on to the next page for setting up email accounts. I have been using Torch phones for quite some time and recently got a new one because the old one started having problems. I buy these replacement new phones from Amazon. I removed my SIM card from the old phone and inserted into the new ohone, used Blackberry protect to update my new phone with data from the old phone, etc.

All functions are good, except it will not allow me to set up any email accounts. Anyone have any ideas. Also, I read a forum entry that said I had to go to a webpage for the BIS Blackberry Internet Service, or something like that and set up something there. I tried. And it told me I couldn't, and that I was to use my phone to set up my email accounts.

Go figure. Yes, I am familiar with these instructions. It is while performing these steps that the phone will not cooperate and move past the above mentioned point.
