They told me to contact my ISP instead, but I know it is not the ISP as this only happened after they told me to do a clean install, I didn't have this problem before I contacted them and followed their steps. They are now telling me to contact Samsung instead. But I don't see how they will help when its down to the clean install Microsoft told me to do.

Can anyone help, I'm really stuck?!! I have no idea what ISO you may have downloaded and used, but it's pretty clear that at least a major part of your current problem is that you need to install all of the drivers for your computer's hardware.

Thanks for your feedback. Thanks for the reply. After putting my post on here I kept hunting online for answers and I found something on a different website which seems to have helped. There was a suggestion of doing factory reset, downloading drivers, then installing the system and drivers. I didn't want to do factory reset as ive just done an install as mentioned anyway so thought id skip to the second part.
